Trillium Flow Technologies is shopping for Termomeccanica Pompe SpA, the Italian engineered pump manufacturing firm that serves the ability, desalination, water transmission and oil and gasoline markets.
The two corporations have signed a joint settlement that will convey the Termomeccanica Pompe, Gabbioneta Pumps and Begemann brands together beneath the Trillium umbrella in Italy.
When the deal closes, La Spezia-based Termomeccanica will give consideration to creating the ecological and fuel compression sectors, where its subsidiaries TME and TMIC operate.
Trillium, a portfolio company of world non-public fairness funding firm First Reserve, is the former Weir Flow Control business. The company is a world designer, producer and aftermarket providers supplier of engineered valves and pumps used in the water and wastewater, world energy era, oil and fuel, mining, and common process industries.
Trillium says that Termomeccanica Pompe’s products and services mixed with its Gabbioneta, Floway, WEMCO, WSP and Roto-Jet Pump offerings uniquely place the company to provide clients with an extensive vary of complementary pump merchandise, associated engineering support, and aftermarket companies.
