Wilo expands in wastewater treatment

Wilo has made two wastewater treatment acquisitions in Germany: FSM Frankenberger GmbH & Co KG in Pohlheim and WSM Walower Stahl- und Maschinenbau GmbH in Walow.

Both corporations concentrate on applied sciences for mechanical cleansing and treatment of wastewater.

The two firms might be integrated into Wilo’s Water Treatment Strategic Business Unit (SBU).
However, FSM Frankenberger and WSM Walower remain unbiased and can proceed to be run by native managers.
“Wilo’s market and utility experience and the 2 companies’ special solutions are the best mixture to use new opportunities in current enterprise segments and collectively develop new markets,” mentioned Dr Patrick Niehr, a member of the manager board and chief change officer of the Wilo Group.
