Sundyne has introduced the ANSIMAG ALI (Aggressive Liquid ISO) family of ETFE-lined seal less magnetic drive pumps.
ANSIMAG pumps are particularly designed to handle aggressive corrosive or acidic liquids in chemical processing functions, including Chlor-Alkali, isocyanates, plastics & polymers, battery manufacturing, agro-chemicals, and a variety of water & wastewater purposes. All ANSIMAG wetted elements are molded ETFE (Ethylene Tetrafluoro Ethylene) parts that may safely handle a broad range of corrosives and solvents. A patented, fully encapsulated magnetic drive hermetically seals the internal magnets to isolate them from process fluid and keep magnet integrity for the life of the unit. An aramid fiber reinforced containment shell delivers unprecedented reliability and protection in opposition to water hammer.
The new ALI household brings the entire ANSIMAG advantages to ISO markets, supporting the dimensional requirements of ISO 2858 with specification conformity to ISO 15783.
