Sulzer launches IEC motor suitable CPE process pump

A few years in the past, Sulzer launched its CPE ANSI (American National Standards Institute) centrifugal pump range. Now, the corporate is providing an IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) motor appropriate pump range.
เกจวัดแรง ’s CPE course of pump.
The CPE process pump is designed for a wide selection of industrial functions, such as clear or barely contaminated liquids, viscous liquids, and fibrous slurries. It meets the requirements of ASME B73.1 (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) applied to chemical processes. A heating jacket choice is out there for functions that require a particular temperature to enable easy pumping operation.
Sulzer prolonged the pump vary with IEC compatibility that options IEC motors, base plates, and couplings. The CPE pumps are manufactured within the US, Finland, and China. The CPE pump with an IEC motor is an alternate for a course of pump with higher pressure or temperature than an ISO5199 pump can reach.
The manufacturer claims that this pump offers the highest effectivity within the ANSI pump market, offering financial savings within the complete price of ownership (TCO) and a decreased environmental footprint.
“We are pleased that we can additionally provide the CPE pump in countries the place IEC motors are required. This pump is the most effective fit for a extensive range of commercial functions and a welcome addition to our process pump portfolio,” says Jouni Lehtinen, head of sales at Sulzer.
