US industrial distributor and repair supplier OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered provider of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum methods and compressors.

ePumps can also be a full-service provider of all kinds of rotating gear, with in-house and subject service capabilities. The firm has three locations serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle space and a team of 28 employees.
The acquired business will operate beneath OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, said: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with further territory coverage, top product traces and including extra service capabilities to this space. We are very desperate to deliver them into the OTC portfolio.”

OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has almost 65 areas throughout the United States, and more than forty service outlets. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to more than 1600 workers.
