US industrial distributor and repair supplier OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered supplier of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum techniques and compressors.

ePumps is also a full-service provider of all types of rotating tools, with in-house and subject service capabilities. pressure gauge has three locations serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle space and a team of 28 staff.
The acquired business will operate underneath OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, mentioned: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with additional territory protection, top product lines and including further service capabilities to this space. We are very eager to bring them into the OTC portfolio.”
