US industrial distributor and service provider OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered provider of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum methods and compressors.

ePumps can additionally be a full-service supplier of all types of rotating gear, with in-house and subject service capabilities. The company has three locations serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle space and a team of 28 workers.
The acquired enterprise will function underneath OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, stated: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with extra territory coverage, prime product traces and including further service capabilities to this space. We are very desperate to convey them into the OTC portfolio.”
