German pump manufacturer Lewa has added to its product range with two new pump sizes in its Ecosmart diaphragm metering pump vary for use in functions with larger flow charges to be used in the chemical trade and industrial wastewater treatment.

In addition to the LCA model, the Ecosmart may even be out there within the extra highly effective LCC and LCD versions sooner or later. While the LCC model can meter up to 1,000 l/h, Lewa has designed the LCD for a move price of up to 2,000 l/h.
The use of comparable components within the Ecosmart product family keeps manufacturing costs low. At the same time, a high level of security may be assured by specializing in all important design options such because the pressure relief valve or the proven sandwich diaphragm with continuous monitoring.
In order to have the ability to provide the Ecosmart for functions with larger move charges, the engineers at Lewa began creating two extra, larger pump variants in 2019. The aim was to scale up the Ecosmart to bigger functions while retaining the protection levels and high quality Lewa parts without significantly rising investment costs.
Among เกจวัดแรงดันลม were larger plunger diameters which were chosen for the smaller LCC variant, so that up to 1,000 l per hour could be conveyed instead of 300 l per hour. In the case of the more powerful LCD version, engineers decided to extend the stroke length so that a maximum move fee of two,000 l per hour could probably be achieved. Both pump types can work in opposition to a most operating stress of fifty bar.
After profitable completion of all exams and last adjustments, the Ecosmart version LCC is now on the market, the LCD mannequin will observe in mid-2022.
