Armstrong’s industry-first fireplace pump

In an business first, Armstrong Fluid Technology has unveiled its Design Envelope fireplace pump unit together with Fire Pump Manager, a connected service for tracking pump efficiency.
In addition to offering necessary new safety advantages, Armstrong’s Design Envelope hearth pump holds the distinction of being the primary self-regulating variable-speed hearth pump to meet NFPA-20 (2019 Edition), Section 4.eight standards.
“Key value points for patrons are the cost savings and performance improvements that outcome from eliminating many pressure-reducing valves from the sprinkler system,” stated Steven Baird, marketing manager, Fire Products, Building Systems Solutions. “This design allows simplification of the piping design for a safer, extra economical fire suppression system.”
เกจวัดแรงดันลมดิจิตอล embrace cost-savings of up to £1,one hundred (US$1,500) per sprinkler department, per flooring; elevated reliability and safety; larger design flexibility; the ability to predict and report potential equipment failure; and a reduction in the number of zones in a sprinkler system and the potential elimination of storage tanks.
“The Fire Pump Manager function helps to ensure safe, reliable efficiency in fireplace suppression systems, and supplies full transparency into the testing and reliability of the pump,” Baird added.
