Andritz is to produce a tissue plant, including pumps, for Astrabel doo’s mill in Belišće, Croatia.
The turnkey project covers inventory preparation, tissue machine with air systems and rewinder, full electrification and automation, and pumps.
The inventory preparation plant will be geared up with a FibreSolve FSV pulper for energy-efficient bale pulping, as nicely as HD cleaning, deflaking, TwinFlo disc refining and headbox screening machinery in the approach circulate system.
The tissue machine is a PrimeLineCOMPACT S 1300 with a design speed of 1300 m/min. It will produce a paper web that is 2.85 m wide.
Start-up is deliberate for 2023.
